In early 2005, students at North High in Evansville, Illinois were told by their English teacher to "change the world, or, at least a small part of it". Crista, Ryland, and Nicole decided to host a talent show to benefit PRF and the family of Sarah Kennedy, a local girl with Progeria. Their show was a huge success! The girls recruited singers, bands, dancers and more to put on the show at their high school. With the generous support of teachers, students, businesses and other friends, over 350 tickets were sold, raising $2800! Thank you to all who supported this wonderful event, you certainly have helped change the world of children with Progeria.
