On June 21st, The Progeria Research Foundation hosted an ice cream social at the Capitol Building. Many families attended the event, as they were all in Washington, DC as part of the annual Sunshine Foundation reunion. Several Senators and Congressmen attended and pledged their support of PRF's efforts! Many thanks to Senators Jack Reed, Pat Murray and Orrin Hatch, and Congressmen Patrick Kennedy and John Tierney for participating.
