Wayne Lallier and "Big D" David Kok are known as "The Ice Cream Guys" - They attend Little League World Series' games and pass out ice cream to the kids. They also have cool "Fan of the Day" t-shirts for some lucky young baseball fans, like Sam. Thanks for spreading some cheer and goodies, guys!
