In December 2007, Employees of Viva International Group of Somerville, NJ, a company that manufactures designer eyewear, participated in a week-long community service project called “The Challenge of Champions”. The company was split into 9 teams, each competing in a series of challenges from a tug-o-war contest to a companywide scavenger hunt. The team who earned the most points was to be awarded the grand prize of $1,000 for their chosen charity. Due to the tremendous response and team spirit of this event, each team was able to give their charities a donation. Thanks G-Unit, for your team spirit!
