Sitzungsinformationen<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Die Poster werden w\u00e4hrend des Workshops in einer formellen Postersession und einer Lightning Session pr\u00e4sentiert. Informationen zum Ausstellungsort werden noch bekannt gegeben. Posterpr\u00e4sentanten sollten sp\u00e4testens am Mittwoch, den 29.10.2025, um 15:30 Uhr im Hotel eintreffen, um ihr Poster aufzuh\u00e4ngen und die AV-Anlage zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen.<\/p>\n

Der Blitzsitzung<\/em> findet am Mittwochabend am Er\u00f6ffnungsabend statt. Diese Sitzung ist f\u00fcr alle Poster-Pr\u00e4sentatoren eine Gelegenheit, eine kurze Einf\u00fchrung zu geben, um die Workshop-Teilnehmer schnell f\u00fcr Ihr Forschungsthema zu begeistern und zu motivieren. Sie soll eine unterhaltsame und spannende Zusammenfassung des jeweiligen Themas bieten, die zu einem weiteren Dialog im sp\u00e4teren Programm anregt. Jeder Poster-Pr\u00e4sentator reicht eine Folie ein und hat bis zu einer Minute Zeit, aufzustehen und die Tagungsteilnehmer zum Thema seines Posters zu motivieren, das am Donnerstag in der Posterhalle pr\u00e4sentiert wird. Die Folie kann jeden beliebigen Bestandteil der Forschung enthalten, vermeiden Sie es jedoch, einfach ein Foto Ihres gesamten Posters oder nur eine Titelfolie einzuf\u00fcgen. Dies ist eine gro\u00dfartige M\u00f6glichkeit, die Gruppe f\u00fcr Ihre fantastische Forschung zu begeistern. Sie k\u00f6nnen mit \u201eKommen Sie zu MEINEM Poster, weil \u2026\u201c beginnen oder mit einer anderen Art und Weise, die Ihnen erfrischend und unterhaltsam erscheint.<\/p>\n

Die formelle Postersession<\/em> findet am Donnerstag von 19:00 bis 21:00 Uhr statt. Die Poster werden nummeriert. Poster mit geraden Nummern werden in der ersten Stunde, Poster mit ungeraden Nummern in der zweiten Stunde pr\u00e4sentiert. Diese Sitzung bietet die M\u00f6glichkeit zum Dialog und zu intensiven Diskussionen \u00fcber Ihre Forschung.<\/p>\n

Die Poster bleiben bis Freitagnachmittag 16:00 Uhr ausgestellt. Die Posterpr\u00e4sentanten sind daf\u00fcr verantwortlich, ihr Poster nach Abschluss des Workshops wieder zu entfernen.<\/p>\n

    1. Alle Felder im \u00dcbermittlungsformular sind Pflichtfelder.<\/li>\n
    2. Alle Abstracts m\u00fcssen in englischer Sprache verfasst sein (US-amerikanische oder britische Schreibweise ist zul\u00e4ssig).<\/li>\n
    3. Der Posterpr\u00e4sentator ist f\u00fcr die Gestaltung, den Druck und den Transport seines eigenen Posters verantwortlich. Bitte drucken Sie Ihr Poster im Querformat mit einer maximalen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe von 48 x 36 Zoll.<\/li>\n
    4. Poster-Pr\u00e4sentatoren sind f\u00fcr ihre Reise- und Registrierungsvereinbarungen selbst verantwortlich. Reisekostenerstattungen f\u00fcr Poster-Pr\u00e4sentatoren werden von PRF nicht gew\u00e4hrt. Die Anmeldung zur Tagung ist kostenlos und sollte vollst\u00e4ndig ausgef\u00fcllt werden.
