And the timing is terrific, too, as Times Square attracts huge holiday shopping crowds in November.<\/p><p>And the awareness of PRF\u2019s work continues to grow with the PSA\u2019s backing by the Ad Council, a highly respected organization whose endorsement is considered the \"seal of approval\" for PSA campaigns.
