Aufgrund des unglaublichen Erfolgs der Kampagnen der Vorjahre 2009 und 2015 freuen wir uns sehr, den Start unserer Initiative \u201eFind the Children\u201c im Jahr 2019 bekannt zu geben. Ziel dieser Initiative ist es, weltweit nach Kindern mit Progerie zu suchen, bei denen die Krankheit nicht diagnostiziert wurde, damit auch sie Zugang zu der besonderen Pflege erhalten, die sie ben\u00f6tigen.<\/p>\n

In Partnerschaft mit GlobalHealth PR<\/a>, eine weltweite Gesundheitskommunikationsgruppe, sowie ihre Schwesteragenturen im Ausland \u2013 MediaMedic<\/a> in Indien und Madison-Kommunikation<\/a> In China f\u00fchrt PRF eine internationale Sensibilisierungskampagne durch, um die gr\u00f6\u00dftm\u00f6gliche Reichweite zu erzielen.<\/p>\n

Die Kampagne startet diese Woche mit einem Start in Indien und nutzt Partnerschaften mit lokalen Verb\u00e4nden, \u00c4rzten und Regierungsinstitutionen sowie sozialen und traditionellen Medien. Bleiben Sie in den kommenden Wochen und Monaten bei uns, um auch \u00fcber unsere bevorstehenden Kampagnenstarts in Bangladesch und China auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben. Angesichts der gesch\u00e4tzten 200 unbekannten Kinder mit Progerie weltweit, von denen etwa zwei Drittel unserer Meinung nach in China und Indien leben, hoffen wir, dass diese Bem\u00fchungen noch viel mehr Kinder zu PRF bringen.<\/p>\n

Als wir vor zehn Jahren die letzte Kampagne starteten, kannten wir nur 54 Kinder. Diese Zahl hat sich verdreifacht. Weltweit konnten wir 161 Kinder mit Progerie identifizieren, was gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils unserem proaktiven Einsatz zu verdanken ist.<\/p>\n

Due to the incredible success of previous years\u2019 campaigns in 2009 and 2015, we are thrilled to announce the 2019 launch our \u2018Find the Children\u2019 initiative to search globally for the undiagnosed children with Progeria so that they, too, can have access to the unique care they need.<\/p>

In partnership with GlobalHealth PR<\/a>, a worldwide health communications group, as well as its sister agencies abroad - MediaMedic<\/a> in India, and Madison Communications<\/a> in China, PRF is building an international awareness campaign to assure the greatest possible reach.<\/p>

The campaign is kicking off with a launch in India this week, leveraging partnerships with local associations, physicians, and government institutions, as well as social and traditional media outlets. Over the coming weeks and months, stay with us for updates on our upcoming campaign launches in Bangladesh and China as well. With an estimated 200 unknown children with Progeria worldwide, about 2\/3 of whom we believe are in China and India, we hope this effort brings many more children to PRF.<\/p>

When we first launched the previous campaign ten years ago, we knew of only 54 children. That number has tripled, with 161 children identified that are living with Progeria throughout the world, in large part due to our pro-active efforts.<\/p>
