Les enfants qui ont particip\u00e9 au tout premier essai clinique sur le m\u00e9dicament Progeria, qui a prouv\u00e9 que le m\u00e9dicament FTI lonafarnib est un traitement efficace.<\/p><\/div>\n

Nous avons obtenu des r\u00e9sultats r\u00e9volutionnaires lors de ce premier essai gr\u00e2ce aux formidables donateurs qui ont consacr\u00e9 leur temps, leurs talents et leur argent, nous aidant ainsi \u00e0 nous rapprocher un peu plus de notre objectif ultime : trouver un rem\u00e8de contre la prog\u00e9ria. Les logos et les listes repr\u00e9sentent l'\u00e9quipe de l'essai clinique, ainsi que de nombreuses personnes qui ont donn\u00e9 de l'argent, des billets d'avion, des jouets, le m\u00e9dicament, un logement, des trajets vers et depuis l'a\u00e9roport, une assistance voyage, des services de traduction, juridiques et de conception. Nous rendons \u00e9galement hommage aux milliers de personnes qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements sp\u00e9ciaux de collecte de fonds qui ont permis de r\u00e9unir les 144 000 000 THB n\u00e9cessaires au PRF pour financer l'essai.<\/p>\n

We achieved breakthrough results in this first trial because of the tremendous supporters who provided their time, talents and treasure, helping get us one step closer to achieving our ultimate goal of a cure for Progeria. The logos and lists represent the clinical trial team, as well as many who gave money, plane tickets, toys, the drug, housing, rides to and from the airport, travel assistance, and translation, legal and design services.\u00a0 We also recognize the thousands of people who participated in special fundraising events that helped raise the $2 million needed for PRF to fund the trial.<\/p>
