Para peserta diberi kesempatan untuk berbagi keahlian mereka dalam penelitian Progeria dan bertemu dengan beberapa anak yang akan mendapatkan manfaat dari pekerjaan mereka. Ringkasan lokakarya tersebut diterbitkan hari ini di jurnal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aging-us.com\/article\/202835\/text#fulltext\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Penuaan<\/em><\/a>Pesertanya termasuk dokter, ilmuwan, dan peneliti praklinis kelas dunia, beserta keluarga anak-anak dan dewasa muda penderita Progeria.<\/p>\n<p>Presentasi keluarga pasien menjadi inti acara, diikuti dengan pembaruan mengenai aplikasi pertama Progeria untuk mendapatkan persetujuan obat FDA (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.progeriaresearch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/PRF-Press-Release-Zokinvy-FDA-Approval-FINAL.pdf\">yang diberikan pada akhir bulan itu<\/a>), serta hasil awal dari satu-satunya uji klinis Progeria saat ini.
