It\u2019s one of the hardest marathons in the world to qualify for but each race was a testament to her dedication and love for running. Her dream? To run Boston 10 years in a row.<\/p>\n<p>Her deep connection to running is what makes the Boston Marathon so profoundly important to her. She started running it 10 years ago in honor of her favorite college professor. Dr. Sabatino did not get a chance to finish the 2013 Boston Marathon due to the tragic bombings and was unable to try again the following year after unexpectedly passing away.
