Kira Brady dedicated her Avia OC Marathon run to 2-year-old Miles, her god-nephew who has Progeria. Kyra is not only an athlete but also a teacher, and some of her 6th grade students held a bake sale to raise money for PRF as well, how nice! In her appeal for sponsors, Kira describes Miles as a bright, energetic, funny and loving boy who loves to dance, walk up and down the subway steps, and learning every new word he can. “It is Miles’ wonderful sprit, his kindness, his sense of humor and joy that define him in a way that his disease never will,” says Aunt Kira.
