Ali Delarosa

This April, I’ll be running the Boston Marathon (my first road marathon!) and I’m honored to be raising funds for The Progeria Research Foundation. The Progeria Research Foundation is an organization dedicated to finding a cure for Progeria, a rare genetic condition that affects children. Matt’s incredible cousin, Zoey, has progeria and this cause is very near and dear to my heart. Zoey truly has the sweetest, most gentle demeanor that our kiddos can’t help but want to be around her when we are all together. By supporting my fundraising efforts, you are contributing to critical research that can change Zoey’s life and the lives of all other children with progeria and their families.

Hi, I’m Nazar – a passionate marathon runner on a mission to make my miles matter. As I take on the Boston Marathon, I’m proud to run in support of The Progeria Research Foundation, an organization dedicated to giving children with Progeria the chance to live longer, healthier lives.
I’ve completed five World Marathon Majors, and this race, my sixth, will be the most meaningful yet. Every mile will be run with purpose: to raise awareness, to fund critical research, and to bring hope to families who face this rare condition with courage every day.

Hi everyone! My name is Matt, and I’m thrilled to be participating in the Boston Marathon this year to support The Progeria Research Foundation. This incredible organization is working tirelessly to find effective treatments and ultimately a cure for Progeria, a rare genetic condition that affects children. By joining me on this journey, you can help make a difference in the lives of these amazing kids. Your contributions will go directly to vital research efforts. Every dollar counts, and together we can bring hope to those affected by Progeria. Thank you for your support!

Bethany Hudson
Bethany’s fundraising page
For nine consecutive years, Bethany has proudly earned her spot at the starting line of the Boston Marathon. It’s one of the hardest marathons in the world to qualify for but each race was a testament to her dedication and love for running. Her dream? To run Boston 10 years in a row.
Her deep connection to running is what makes the Boston Marathon so profoundly important to her. She started running it 10 years ago in honor of her favorite college professor. Dr. Sabatino did not get a chance to finish the 2013 Boston Marathon due to the tragic bombings and was unable to try again the following year after unexpectedly passing away. She thinks of Dr. Sabatino and other loved ones that can’t be with us today during the Marathon.

I’m John Henry Slonieski, a 24-year-old currently living in NYC. I am honored to support the Progeria Research Foundation in their mission to improve the lives of children living with this rare and challenging condition.
By running for PRF in this upcoming 2026 Boston Marathon, I have committed to the ambitious, but attainable, goal of raising $15,000. In the coming months, I will devote myself fully to this cause, with the belief that there is no better way to put funds to use than to work towards this cure.

Hello everyone! I’m Ivy, and I’ve decided to run in the Boston Marathon to support The Progeria Research Foundation. By raising funds for this charity, I hope to contribute to their vital research efforts and help improve the lives of those affected. Together, we can make a difference! I invite you to join me in this journey—every donation, big or small, brings us closer to a brighter future for these amazing kids. Thank you for your support!

Greg’s fundraising page
I’m excited to be a part of the Boston Marathon and support The Progeria Research Foundation. This incredible organization is dedicated to finding a cure for Progeria, a rare disease that affects children, making them age rapidly. Every step I take during the marathon represents hope for the families affected by this condition. My wife and I have recently been blessed with 2 children (2.5 years and 10 months) and they mean the absolute world to us. We cannot imagine life without them and knowing that there are parents out there who are working their hardest to raise a child with Progeria is incredibly inspiring. The unknown of how much time they may have with their child is heart-breaking, but your support can help fund vital research and bring us closer to a cure.
If you’re an employee of Intel, then you can have your donation matched 100%! Please see the image in the gallery below for the link and click “Request a Match” to attach your donation receipt from this page. Join me on this journey and let’s make a difference together!
