Session Information

Posters will be presented in a formal Poster Session and in a Lightning Session format during the Workshop. Poster display location information TBA. Poster presenters should plan to arrive at the hotel no later than 3:30 PM on Wednesday, 10/29/25 to hang their poster and check the AV set-up.

The Lightning Session will take place during the opening evening on Wednesday. This session is an opportunity for all poster presenters to deliver a ‘teaser’ introduction to quickly engage and energize workshop attendees on the topic of your research. It’s intended to provide a fun and exciting summary of each presenter’s topic that encourages further dialogue later in the program. Each poster presenter will submit a single slide and have up to one minute to stand up and motivate the meeting attendees on the topic of his or her poster, which will be presented in the poster hall on Thursday. The slide can include any component of the research, but avoid simply including a photo of your entire poster, or simply a title slide. This is a great way to engage the group in your fantastic research. You can begin with “Come to MY poster because…..”, or any way you think will be fresh and fun.

The formal Poster Session will take place from 7:00-9:00 PM on Thursday. Posters will be numbered. Even numbered posters will be featured in the first hour and odd numbered posters will be featured in the second hour. This session is an opportunity for dialogue and deep discussions on your research.

Posters will remain on display until Friday afternoon at 4:00 PM. Poster presenters are responsible for removing their poster at the conclusion of the Workshop.

Submission Guidelines

Submit the form below for consideration and acceptance to the meeting.
    1. All fields in the submission form are required.
    2. All abstracts are to be written in English (US or UK spelling is acceptable).
    3. Poster presenter is responsible for designing, printing, and transporting their own poster. Please print your poster in landscape orientation at a maximum size of 48” x 36”.
    4. Poster presenters are responsible for their own travel and registration arrangements. Travel reimbursement is not available from PRF for Poster Presenters. Meeting registration is free and should be completed here.
    5. The following information should be included on the poster:
          • Title
          • Author + Co-Authors
          • Background
          • Objectives
          • Methods
          • Results
          • Discussion
          • Conclusion
          • References
          • Disclosure of financial interests
    6. Abstract Submission are due by Wednesay, October 8, 2025 and authors will receive notice of acceptance by Friday, October 10, 2025.
